Why hire me as founder business coach?
I show up to every founder coaching session ready to listen to what you’re working on and prepared to help guide you through your own decision-making process. And, when it makes sense, I’ll provide relevant recommendations.
I bring a diverse mix of experiences to each session as I’ve been in the technology field for 20+ years and have worked with a range of technology leaders and companies across different sectors. I have led large and small teams as a technology executive, and have delivered over 200+ coaching hours to clients with a variety of backgrounds from all over the world.
I have been certified as an executive coach by the Haas School of Business, Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute at UC Berkeley. I have been a CTO/CIO at fintech and spacetech companies. I have been a regular mentor at various business schools and accelerators like TechStars, NSF I-corps, Cornell eLab. I am also a graduate of Columbia’s Greenshouse and Techstars Space Programs.
What’s my coaching methodology?
I offer a mix of directive and non-directive coaching focused on moving you forward on your founder’s journey.
In directive coaching, I’m providing my own advice and recommendations in service of finding the right solution to a technical challenge where there’s less ambiguity as to what the right answer is. For example, we might use this coaching style when discussing how to optimize product-market fit or to resolve conflict amongst co-founders.
Non-directive coaching involves me helping you to problem-solve for yourself, so you’re identifying your own solution to an adaptive problem. An adaptive challenge is an issue where there’s a variety of ways to address it, like how to define the next step in your self-improvement process or ways of best motivating your reports and partners. Either way, my support is outcome driven, actionable, unconventional, realistic, mindful of rules and how to bend them, well-researched, and a frictionless experience.
What does a founder business coaching session look like?
Every session is a mix of self-examination and establishing tangible steps towards progress. I meet with all my clients virtually via Zoom for one-hour sessions where we focus on addressing a particular entrepreneurship topic.
The goal is to move you forward with an opportunity you’re considering or a challenge you’re up against. You set the stage by explaining the circumstances, I ask a series of questions, explore viable options, and finally, we’ll create a plan of action.
What results should I expect from collaborating with you as my entrepreneur coach?
Depending on the coachee, I’ve helped individuals optimize their go-to-market strategy, define business development process, increase fundraising reach and traction, clean up pitch decks, restructure teams, and improve mission orientation of the company.

10x Scaling Package
COACHING TO SUPPORT GROWTH OF YOUR COMPANY
Format: 2 sessions / month (4 sessions recommended)
Sessions are conducted weekly or biweekly
As a founder business coach, I help entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses, more effectively navigate product/market fit challenges, and strengthen processes within their team. Whether you’re breaking into a new market for the first time or you’re an established founder, this package is designed for individuals that are on the precipice of scaling or looking to manage their growing revenues.
With over a decade of executive start-up experience and a certification as a Berkeley Executive Coach, I’ve worked one-on-one with dozens of founders and technology leaders to help them to define, enable, and support revenue growth. My goal is to help you build a company that stays healthy and successful during the scaling stage.
How we’ll work together:
This package is a four-week coaching program customized to your start-up circumstances and unique mission. Each session will be focused on an aspect of adjusting your processes successfully, whether we’re pinpointing your hiring gaps, building out your product portfolio, planning for risky scenarios, or improving communication on the executive team.

Each session is an hour long and we’ll meet weekly or biweekly depending on your availability. A major benefit of meeting for four sessions is more time to identify your roadblocks and take action to address these opportunities. COACHING TO SMOOTHLY PIVOT YOUR BUSINESS
Format: 4 sessions (12 sessions recommended)
Sessions are held bi-monthly for six months
As a founder business coach, I help entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses, more effectively navigate product/market fit challenges, and strengthen processes within their team. Whether you’re breaking into a new product industry field for the first time or you’re an established founder, this package is designed for companies that are on the precipice of scaling or looking to manage their recently taken-off revenues.
I’ll work with you one-on-one to develop a custom strategy for navigating this significant corporate shift, empower you to take action based on your own decision-making, and help you stay accountable to driving tangible results for the long-term.
The goal of each session is incremental progress towards the substantial changes you’d like to make in your strategy, while saving you time and reducing the learning curve in the process.
How we’ll work together:
This package is a six-month coaching program designed to support you as you reimagine your company’s path. We will form an in-depth coaching partnership where we meet bi-monthly for six months to build out a vision for your company that is aligned to what motivates your team. Then, we’ll take action to make the plan a reality. Each session is an hour long and focused on defining your ideal pivot outcomes path and how to start executing toward them.
What you get from enrolling in the program:

This program is for very motivated tech leaders ready to make a meaningful series of changes in their strategy. In order for you to grow and for this program to be worthwhile, it’s essential that you’re disciplined enough to take action from our coaching sessions together.
