My background
I mentor science teams through NSF I-Corps and Cornell eLab, where researchers test whether their work can become a company, and I coach biotech and healthtech founders and platform leaders. My own background is engineering and company building: three startups as a founder, co-founding CTO at AdvisorEngine, and COO of a spacetech company.

How does coaching work?
It starts with a free 30-minute call to see whether we are a fit. Sessions are one-to-one over video, usually every two to three weeks, with practical actions to try between sessions.
